Team Coaching

In addition to individual coaching, we also focus on team coaching with the goal of building a more efficient, energetic and optimal cooperation. In this way we bring the team to a higher level of development.


Each team coaching program starts by default with individual intake meetings with each member of the team. These conversations ensure that we determine the team objectives together and facilitate team coaching tailored to the rhythm of your team. We start from trust, which we strengthen between the team members. This trust is based on vulnerability and openness. This is also an essential condition for optimal communication, cooperation and a clear framework. 


During the process, the group acquires the attitudes, skills and insights to enter into dialogue in an optimal way and to come to supported decisions and clear commitments. We deal with the concrete - often difficult - strategic and practical questions on the table for which team members take "ownership". Engagements only last to the extent of being followed up on. Giving each other feedback is a necessary and enriching condition for this.


We work from, among others, Patrick Lencioni's team model in which we discuss and deepen the 5 crucial aspects of teamwork and look at which aspects we are already strong in and which we can improve by making concrete, clear and realistic agreements.

Methodology

The coach's approach can include all kinds of activities as well as interventions and will depend on the coaching themes that are addressed.
