Timeline

In the morning, we explore how mindset and habits affect your ability to focus. You'll learn what helps or hinders your concentration and how you can consciously switch between deep focus and meaningful connection. We also reflect on the role of awareness in building a healthy and productive work culture.

In the afternoon, we move into practice. Together, we gather and analyse your team's needs and translate them into a concrete sketch of your ideal workplace. That sketch includes visual ideas for focus and collaboration zones, circulation flows and attention points. You leave with a tailored layout that reflects how your team works best. Along the way, we share practical tips to improve your acoustic environment and develop a healthier meeting culture.
