Never before have so many generations worked side by side, and sometimes face to face, in the workplace. Baby Boomers who still answer the phone with "speaking," Millennials who want to evaluate everything, and Gen Z employees who prioritise mental well-being over a salary increase. Sounds like a recipe for conflict? It doesn't have to be.
Generations don't clash because they don't understand one another. They clash because organisations continue to manage people as if everyone thinks, works, and lives the same way. In this keynote, we explore why traditional hierarchies can discourage Millennials, why Generation Z has little patience for six layers of management, and why the experience of Baby Boomers should not be left gathering dust in meeting rooms.
We answer questions such as:
