Learn to understand Gen Z in the workplace
During the lecture 'SOS Gen Z', author and columnist Julien De Wit joins a professional audience to explore how we can better understand Gen Z in the workplace. How do they stand in life? What do they think? What are they looking for in a job and what do they turn down? We will explore this together in an interactive lecture.
The trends and ideas discussed are based on the book Ge(e)neration, published in 2023 by Ertsberg Publishers. The book was well received by both the general public and the media. For this lecture series, information was also drawn from the columns Julien writes for the business magazine Trends. Both the book and the career columns in Trends are based on more than 250 sources, conversations with some 70 young people and interviews with 27 experts.
The lecture consists of five parts:

- What companies can do to attract and retain Gen Z.
- Gen Z in relation to other generations in the workplace.
