Salmaan previously worked as senior consultant Culture & Leadership at Heineken, TFS HealthScience and as senior consultant Diversity, Equality, Inclusion at Rabobank.

For the past fifteen years, Salmaan has used his curiosity to help teams and organisations develop their leadership, work effectively together and find ways to create more inclusive collaborative working environments. He is fascinated by what moves us individually and what connects us as human beings.
