Marieke Arets is expert on Talent Development and Psychological Safety and one of our passionate Learning & Development managers. Marieke is a trained organizational psychologist with a specialization in Talent Development. From a young age, Marieke has had a deep-seated curiosity about human behavior, deriving fulfillment from assisting others in their development. 

After completing her studies, she worked in multiple Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development roles at organizations such as Loyens & Loeff. She has a strong connection to nature and finds rejuvenation when walking along the beach or in the forest with her dog. She brings extensive experience in guiding young professionals as a facilitator and executive coach. At Better Minds, Marieke works as a Learning & Development Manager and specializes in traineeships, talent development and psychological safety. Marieke has a certification on the Fearless Organization Scan of esteemed Harvard professor Amy Edmonson with the goal to help our clients create the safest environment for their employees.
