Lavy van der Goot is an expert in Culture & Leadership and one of our passionate Learning & Development managers. Lavy has a deeply rooted interest in human behavior and development. Her background in social psychology and her knowledge of behavioral influences were applied during her early career in the advertising industry. Her curiosity about what drives others led her to shift her focus from brand stories to the stories of individuals and teams. She has coached and trained professionals of various ages and across different sectors. To better support others in their development, Lavy believes it’s essential to continue learning herself. She completed a certified coaching course, is specialized in ACT, and is currently pursuing a 3-year course at Phoenix Opleidingen.
