Katja de Jong has 25 years of experience in retail as a leader of both purchasing and sales teams in premium (A) brands and as a member of the management team, Katja has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience. 

Since 2017 Katja shares her expertise as a coach and trainer for both individuals and teams. Katja is captivated by unraveling the core of issues and focuses on what truly matters. She has a special ability to provide structure and combining intuition with keen observational skills. Katja excels at slowing down and, with calm and curiosity, asking the right questions. This often leads to surprising insights and positive changes. 

Katja worked for both retail partners like Bijenkorf, IMPS&ELFS, The perfume lounge as semi government organizations like COA and Rijkswaterstaat.
