Franka Rolvink Couzy

Over the past ten years, Franka has been instrumental in guiding organizations and senior managers through their transitions. She advises them across various sectors on leadership, steering them through decision-making processes to ensure future-proof operations.

Franka began her career as a financial journalist with leading Dutch business media titles. She became an editorial manager and played a pivotal role in transitioning a paper-first newsroom to a digital-first newsroom.

After her journalism career she became head of sector research at ABN AMRO. Her transformative, humanizing approach made ABN AMRO the bank with the most frequently quoted specialists for four years in a row.

Having personally experienced various change processes as a manager, she now possesses hands-on expertise in navigating organizational transformations. She is an expert in Systems thinking, Appreciative Inquiry and Secure base leadership.

In addition to her role as a change and leadership facilitator, Franka is affiliated with the post-graduate master’s program Leadership and Change at Vrije Universiteit, the ‘Strategisch Adviseren’ program at de Baak and she is writing a book about Super Listening.
