Floor is an experienced leader in People & Business Operations, with a solid background in human resources, business development, and strategic partnerships. She is currently Head of People & Business Operations at Better Minds, where she plays a key role in driving organisational growth and cultivating a people-centred workplace.

Previously, Floor held leadership positions at L’Oréal, Temper, and TicketSwap. She holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Groningen, complemented by a minor in Entrepreneurship.
