The Emerging Leader Program
The Emerging Leader Program (ELP) is a talent development program of KPMG that aims to accelerate development by providing additional challenges (and learning opportunities) and prepares top talent for a leadership position in the organization. The ELP furthermore accelerates (senior) managers to build and maintain trustful and sustainable relationships with clients and colleagues.
