The Emerging Leader Program
The Emerging Leader Program (ELP) is a talent development program of KPMG that aims to accelerate development by providing additional challenges (and learning opportunities) and prepares top talent for a leadership position in the organization. The ELP furthermore accelerates (senior) managers to build and maintain trustful and sustainable relationships with clients and colleagues.

- Audit/assurance, advisory and business services combined
Building Blocks of the Programme Solution
The customized two year leadership program uses the following approach:
Combining learning experiences
Offering a mix of different learning elements in order to maximize the learning capacity: deep dives, business projects, skill training, mentoring, inspirational speakers.
Future leadership skills
Focusing on the most important skills for leaders to be more effective at this moment and in the future in their career and life.
Integrated in daily work and our strategy winning in the new reality
Involving board members, peers and direct reports in the program to ensure a direct implementation of the lessons learned.
